We will evaluate your home and submit an initial proposal for best fit upgrades and renovations to maximize your home’s sale price.
Your home will be appraised using an accredited third party valuation service. The appraisal value will be used as the guaranteed minimum sale price.
We’ll present a detailed proposal of all the renovations and upgrades required to maximize the value of your home. The proposal will include an estimated sales price upon sale of the home and the amount of money you stand to make.
Once we have all the details worked out, we’ll present an agreement for your review. You can have the agreement reviewed by a lawyer of your choice and pass on the cost to us. After you’ve signed, we’ll assign a dedicated Flip Manager that will work with you throughout the process.
Before the renovations begin, we’ll move you into a fully furnished luxury condo that’s large enough to accommodate your family. The movings costs are all on us as well.
We’ll take no more than two months to complete all the agreed upon renovations. Over the course of this period, we are 100% responsible for anything that happens to your home. You’ll also get biweekly updates from your Flip Manager (including pictures!).
